What's in the appBuilt for the people on the floor
Schedule & shift swaps
See upcoming shifts, request time off, and ask for cover or trade a shift — managers approve from their phone.
Clock in and out
Punch in from a personal phone or a shared kiosk tablet, by location and role, with timesheets that flow straight to payroll.
Training on the go
Complete assigned courses and quizzes between shifts. Progress is tracked automatically.
Inventory counts
Walk the walk-in with the count sheet on a phone or tablet instead of a clipboard.
Metrics & live sales
Owners and managers get the same dashboards as the web, plus a home-screen live sales widget on iOS.
Kitchen display
Run the KDS on an iPad or Android tablet at the line, with the same order flow as the web.
Shared devicesOne app, every device at the store
Install it on a tablet by the door as a dedicated time clock, or on the line as a kitchen display. A Device Code signs the device in without a personal account.
- Kiosk time clock mode for shared tablets
- Kitchen display for iPad and Android tablets
- Managers enrol devices from the web console with a one-time code

Yes. The app is free to download and uses the modules your workspace already licenses. There is no separate mobile charge.
Do employees need their own account? For personal use, yes — an admin invites them from the web and they sign in with that email. Shared devices (a time clock tablet, a kitchen display) use a Device Code instead of a personal account.
Does everything from the web work on mobile? The employee-facing tools do: schedule, time clock, training, inventory counts, metrics, and the kitchen display. Building schedules, accounting, marketing, and the website builder are desktop tools and stay on the web.
Which devices are supported?iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and Android phones and tablets on Google Play.
