Build the Rouvant plan your business needs.
Choose individual modules, add more as your business grows, and automatically save when you use multiple modules.
Nothing upfront — billed at the end of each month for what you used
Nothing upfront. You're billed at the end of each month.
Add a card to activate your workspace — we don't charge it on day one. Each month closes with one invoice for the modules you actually used. Cancel at any point and the month you cancel in is never billed — you keep access until it ends.
- Day 1: add a card, start using Rouvant. $0 charged.
- During the month: add or remove modules any time.
- Month end: one invoice for what you used — or nothing, if you cancelled.

Workforce
Priced by active Workforce Endpoints
Workforce scales with your team. You're billed by the number of active employee-facing identities — accounts and kiosks — not by how many modules they touch.
| Active Workforce Endpoints | Monthly price |
|---|---|
| Up to 15 | $29 |
| 16–30 | $49 |
| 31–60 | $79 |
| 61–100 | $109 |
| 101–200 | $159 |

Endpoint licensing
Workforce vs. Management Endpoints
An endpoint is one unique active identity — an email account or a Device Code. Each identity sits in exactly one category at a time.
Workforce Endpoint
An identity with employee-facing access only. One unique active identity — an email account or a Device Code — counts as one Workforce Endpoint.
Examples
- Employee account
- Shift lead without administrative module access
- Time clock kiosk
- Shared scheduling kiosk
- Inventory-count or KDS tablet
- Employee-facing Device Code
Management Endpoint
An identity with administrative or management access. Management Endpoints are platform-wide: one identity may use any number of licensed modules and still counts only once.
Examples
- Owner or general manager
- Store manager or accountant
- Marketing manager
- Back-office Device Code (accounting, marketing, CRM, reporting)
One identity, one endpoint. A single email account or Device Code counts once. A Management Endpoint is platform-wide — a manager using Inventory, Accounting, Marketing, and Intelligence is one Management Endpoint, not four. When an employee gains admin access, that identity moves from the Workforce pool to the Management pool — never counted in both at once.

Usage
AI Credits and shared storage
AI Credits and storage are shared across your whole organization — independent of which modules you license.
One shared billing unit for every AI feature
AI Credits are shared across your whole organization and can be used by any module. They give you a single, consistent way to pay for AI-powered work — from marketing content to transcription and reporting summaries. One credit is one cent, and each AI action costs a fixed, published number of credits. Beyond your included allowance, every additional 1,000 credits is a flat $10, charged as you use them — no packs to pick, nothing to pre-buy.
- Marketing image and video generation
- Copywriting and translation
- Training and interview transcription
- AI interview summaries
- Training quiz and course/SOP generation
- Reporting summaries
- Website copy and SEO suggestions
Shared storage for your organization's files
Storage is shared across your organization and used by any module that stores files. Storage is separate from AI processing: uploading a video consumes storage, while transcribing and summarizing that video consumes AI Credits.
100 GB included / month
| Additional storage | Monthly price |
|---|---|
| 100 GB | $10 |
| 500 GB | $40 |
| 1 TB | $70 |
- Training videos
- Public-facing video responses
- Applicant interview recordings
- Marketing assets
- Knowledge base files
- Report attachments, images, and documents
SMS, email, carrier, and other pass-through usage are billed separately and are not discounted. Implementation, custom integrations, and custom ETL work are quoted separately.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When am I charged?
At the end of each month, for the modules you used during it. Adding a card activates your workspace but nothing is charged that day — your first invoice arrives when your first month closes.
Is there a free trial?
There's no separate trial period because you're never charged upfront. Use Rouvant for the month; if you cancel before it closes, you don't pay anything. If you keep going, you're billed for that month at its end.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel from the Billing page any time. The month you cancel in is not billed, and your team keeps access to your modules until that month ends. Your data is kept. If you come back later, you pay for that unbilled month first and then monthly billing resumes.
What is a Workforce Endpoint?
A Workforce Endpoint is a unique active identity — an email-based user or a Device Code — with employee-facing access only, such as an employee account or a time clock kiosk.
What is a Management Endpoint?
A Management Endpoint is a unique active identity with administrative or management access, such as an owner, manager, accountant, or a back-office Device Code.
Does one manager count once per module?
No. A Management Endpoint is platform-wide. A manager who uses Inventory, Accounting, Marketing, and Intelligence is one Management Endpoint, not four.
Do Device Codes count as endpoints?
Yes. One email identity or one Device Code counts as one endpoint. Whether it is a Workforce or Management Endpoint depends on the access it has.
What happens when an employee becomes a manager?
That identity moves from the Workforce pool to the Management pool. An identity is only ever counted in one category at a time — never both in the same billing period.
How are active endpoints measured?
An active endpoint is a unique email-based user or Device Code that meaningfully uses Rouvant during the billing period. You are not charged simply because an account exists.
Is KDS priced per device?
KDS is priced per location at $24/month. Device codes are licensed endpoints internally, but you are billed by location.
Are AI Credits shared across modules?
Yes. AI Credits are shared across your whole organization and can be consumed by any module.
What if I use more than my included AI Credits?
Every additional 1,000 credits (or part of one) is a flat $10, charged to your card at the time you cross into it rather than waiting for your next renewal. There are no packs to choose or pre-buy.
What uses storage?
Any module that stores files — training videos, interview recordings, marketing assets, knowledge base files, report attachments, images, and documents.
Are SMS and email sending fees included?
No. Carrier and sending costs are pass-through usage billed separately from module prices.
Can I add or remove modules?
Yes. Add modules as you grow — your multi-module discount updates automatically as your licensed module count changes.
How does the multi-module discount work?
The more modules you license, the higher your automatic discount — from 5% at two modules up to 20% at six or more. The discount applies to module subscriptions, not to AI credits, storage, or usage charges.
Is CRM required?
No. CRM is optional and is not required to use the rest of Rouvant.
Is Metrics included with Intelligence?
Yes. Metrics and dashboards are part of the Intelligence module.
Does Websites charge a transaction fee on online orders?
No. Websites is a flat $24.99/month per website with no Rouvant transaction or ecommerce fees. Your payment processor's standard fees (such as Square processing fees) are separate and are not Rouvant charges.
Can I request custom integrations?
Yes. Custom integrations, custom development, and custom ETL work are available and quoted separately from standard module pricing.
Ready to build your plan?
Start with the modules you need today and add more anytime. Nothing is charged until your first month closes.
