Kitchen Display System (KDS) for Square POS
Rouvant KDS integrates seamlessly with Square POS. Orders from Square, including your website's online orders, appear on the kitchen screen in real time. Split prep and fulfillment screens by category, bump items or whole tickets, and keep future orders out of the way until it's time to make them.

KDS device codes are licensed endpoints internally, but the customer-facing price is simply per location.
How it works
From the order to the pass
Orders arrive on their own
Orders placed in Square, and online orders from a Rouvant website, reach the screen in real time. Each screen is pinned to a location, ensuring the right orders go to the right kitchen.
The right items on the right screen
Run prep and fulfillment screens, and filter each one by menu category so a station only sees what it makes.
Bump, complete, recall
Mark single items made or complete a whole ticket. Tap a completed ticket to bring it back to Active. Orders sit in Active, Making Today, Completed and Future tabs.
Know your ticket times
KDS reports show tickets by age, time by number of items and average time by product, filterable by date, location, source and item.
Optional: customer texts and courier dispatch
Text customers when their order is received, being made and ready, using your own Telnyx account. Dispatch delivery orders to Nash couriers manually or automatically, using your own Nash account.

Before you set up KDS
- Orders come from Square. Rouvant isn't a point of sale, so Square stays your POS.
- The display runs in a web browser on a tablet or screen, signed in with a device code from Rouvant.
- Customer texts need your own Telnyx account, and courier dispatch needs your own Nash account.
