Is there a transaction fee on online orders?
No. Rouvant does not add a percentage or per-order fee to your ecommerce sales. Your payment processor's standard fees (for example Square processing fees) still apply and are charged by the processor, not by Rouvant.
Is Websites priced per location or per page?
Neither. Websites is $24.99/month per website, with unlimited pages and unlimited business locations included. Multi-module discounts apply when you license other Rouvant modules.
Can I keep my existing domain and URLs?
Yes. Existing addresses are preserved wherever practical, and anything that has to change gets a permanent redirect so search rankings and printed links keep working.
Do I have to maintain the menu twice?
No. Items, prices, modifiers and per-location availability are read from your POS catalog. You add marketing copy and images on top; the operational data has a single source of truth.
Where do online orders go?
Into the same order flow as your in-store orders, through Square and onto your kitchen display. Delivery orders can be dispatched to a courier automatically.
Do website AI features need a separate subscription?
No. Any AI-assisted website features draw from your organization's shared Rouvant AI Credits, the same pool every other module uses.
